Rush - A Farewell To Kings (1977) (@256)

I recently enjoyed the Rolling Stone mag's list about the 'guilty pleasures', as presented to us Greek music fans by John Petridis. At the top of the list is a group, an lp of whom is indeed a guilty pleasure for me as well. As brilliantly described in Mojo's special edition issue about Prog Rock: "A Farewell To Kings had all the customary reference points: a sci-fi concept and bravura musicianship inspired by Brit heroes such as Yes, welded together with Rush's passion for jagged, splintering heavy rock".
