OST - The Fountain (2006) (@256)












After the previous post that was dedicated to the best rockumentary of 2009, this one will be about the best soundtrack. That was The Moon by Clint Mansell. Mansell has turned out to be one of the most interesting film composers and his eerie music is an accompaniment that fits perfectly with one of the best movies of last year.
Equally impressive was his soundtrack for The Fountain, for which he collaborated with Mogwai and (again) with the Kronos Quartet.

    Nice site, but please forgive a first-timer with what may be a dumb question.

    How come I can't find the password for the downloads?

    Am I missing something obvious?

    Steve, you don't need a password for any of the uploads. You just click on "here", next to the phrase "download link" of each post, and you can download either from mediafire or from rapidshare. Again, to unzip the downloaded files you don't need a password.
    The cbgb upload hasn't expired. It's working properly. Give it a second try. Hope I helped. Send me a comment if there is any other problem.

    This is a fantastic soundtrack! it builds up to an epic collision between mogwai and TKQ, makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up!!
    I was lucky enough to see TKQ playing with Asha Bhosle ( the famous Bollywood singer) at the Barbican in London a few years ago, fantastic.!

    You lucky bastard! I have the cd with the collaboration of TKQ with Bhosle; I return to it from time to time only to verify the tremendous abilities of TKQ. On the other hand Asha is a sparkling diamond of Indiam music.
