Bert is great. Black Swan has some really nice vocals by Beth Orton. Pity they never made a full album together. The BBC documentary is really fascinating ... not just BJ, but a lot of now obscure UK folkies from the 60s. Well worth watching. Thanks for all you do, hope things are OK with you in Greece.
Your website was the first to come up when I googled "Bert Jansch dead". He's kind of a hero of mine, and I wasn't aware of his death until just now. Thanks for all the kind words about him. Redefined playing the acoustic guitar, for me at least.
Your blog is great. I'm glad there are people out there who love the old tunes. Especially out in Greece!

Thanks for your nice comment. Unfortunately, things are pretty bad in Greece, this blog is really a way out for me...

Keep it real brother.
Steve, we share the same admiration for Jansch; he's my god of acoustic guitar. Thanks for your good words about the blog. Such words keep me going...
